The Dallas Chapter will integrate oratorical opportunities throughout the Program year. The start of this
initiative occurred with the Carole Robertson/September picnic held in September 2019. Each age group
participated in recognizing and reviewing the impact of Carole’s death in history and how events such as this
               shape our current freedoms.

The Senior Teens are incorporating their oratorical skills in their monthly teen meetings and grade group

was given the opportunity to address the group and share a culturally meaningful experience.
