Destination Accessible is a unique organization that strives to enrich the lives of people with Harmony Healthcare Long Island provides primary and preventive health care services to more
mobility limitations. We provide no-cost, online, verifiable, accessibility information of leisure than 48,000 individuals in Nassau County. We have nine locations including three School Based
locations - restaurants, parks, theaters, museums, kid-friendly venues and other popular places. Health Centers. Individuals can choose from a wide range of high-quality, affordable medical
services to prevent avoidable emergency room visits and hospitalizations. We provide care to
