Personal Development Tip: Ask Questions to Yourself
I have always been a believer that one should ask
questions to learn something or to get your work done.
?
?
HERE IS THE SCIENCE BEHIND IT:
The moment you start asking questions the frontal ?
lobe of the brain – which is 40% of your brain and is
also called the creative centre – forms connections to ?
all other parts of the brain. The moment you ask an
open-ended question, it starts looking for an answer from the
entire landscape of the brain. It calls up different networks
of neurons that are stored in the brain.
The neurons in our brain stores information consciously or unconsciously based
on something which u have learned intellectually or
something which you have experienced in your
life. The frontal lobe piece up the information
received from various networks of neurons
together, and comes out with an idea and
vision which gives a clear picture and that
clear picture is INTENTION. And as they say
“IF YOU DON’T HAVE INTENTION TO WORK
YOU CANNOT WORK” so ask questions to
yourself all the time.
