                IIR (Industrial Info Resources), conducts interviews, tracks projects and new plants in
                development, verifies and updates capital and maintenance projects, and maintains
                operational  plants  and  units,  as  well  as  verifies  and  tracks  unit  outages,  and
                shutdowns.


              NEXT STEPS

                  -IIR is an integrated component of the overall sales process.
                  -Determine the high potential projects – Distribute, Qualify, Track, and Follow up.
                  -Analysis per Segment/Region/Account.
                  -Projects data used for Refinery wave, Terminals & Pipelines wave, etc. (with a
                   targeted completion date).
                  -Feedback from Sales is crucial.

                  -Fleet is adjusted according to their expected upcoming business.
                  -Projects information is further used for PGA exercise and Linked on R-PSM.
                  -Contact information from IIR is used for bulk Communication Campaigns.
