Q.Will life be better, same or more complicated with act!? Why?
A.Any change with respect to current way of working will have some initial challenges, until all
employees are trained in the new way of working. However, I am sure that the new ERP will
bring in a lot of better control and will simplify current processes & our way of working but it
will take time. It ultimately depends upon us!....how fast we implement the new system and get
all team members acquainted with the SAP. Through standardized processes as well as
optimized data management and reporting, customer centers of the future will work more
efficiently and effectively.

Q.What challenges should we be ready for with act! coming into our working systems?
A.I don’t see any challenges really! We are ready to change and adopt the new system
as soon as possible. So that’s why it’s called change management.

Q.When will the new system be implemented?
A.Target go live date is 1st May 2019.

Q.Who all will be part of the act! action team?
A.As this is very big project we have identified Business Key Users (BKUs) for each
process.
So from:
Operations: Geeta / Priyanka / Sudha / Yogita / Supriya
will work as BKU.
Support: There will be support from ACBS & Logistics
and they have also nominated dedicated persons for
this project. Sheetal will play a role of communication
lead for PTCC in this project. Also there will be support
from Infosys / Capgemini.
There is a dedicated internal team of Atlas Copco as
well who will be supporting this project.
