DESIGN-BUILD OF SOUTHSHORE GOVERNMENT COMPLEX
This Addendum is an integral part of the Request for Proposal under consideration by you as a Bidder in connection with the subject matter herein identified above. Hillsborough County Procurement Department deems all Bids to have been proffered in recognition and consideration of the entire Request for Proposal - including all issued Addenda. For purposes of clarification, receipt of this present Addendum by a Bidder should be evidenced by returning it (signed) as part of the Bidder's Bid response. If the Bid has already been received by Hillsborough County Procurement Department, Bidder should return this Addendum in a separate sealed envelope which is clearly marked with the BID TITLE, BID NUMBER AND OPENING DATE AND TIME. The information included herein is hereby incorporated into the contract documents of this present bid matter and supersedes any conflicting contract documents or portion thereof previously issued.
Summary of changes include:
1. Change estimated square footage from 16,000 square feet to 14,000 square feet. (replace Section 1.2, Page 4)
2. Replace Attachment 2 – Site Plan Schematic (no changes were made to the Geotechnical Engineering Report).
3. Include Attachment 7 – Sample of Proposed Design-Build Contract.
