               use, possess, distribute, sell, or be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs. We permit the legal use
               of prescribed drugs on the job only if they do not impair your ability to perform the essential functions of
               your job effectively and safely without endangering others.

               If you violate this policy, it may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination of
               your employment. Additionally, we may require that you participate in a substance abuse rehabilitation or
               treatment program. If you violate this policy, there could also be legal consequences.

               To help employees understand the important provisions of this policy, we have established a drug-free
               awareness program. The program provides information on the dangers and effects of substance abuse in
               the workplace, the resources available, and the consequences of violating this policy.

               If you have questions about this policy or issues related to drug or alcohol use at work, you can raise your
               concerns with your supervisor or the Human Resources Department without fear of reprisal.




               703 Sexual and Other Unlawful Harassment

               MFC is committed to providing a work environment that is free from all forms of discrimination and
               conduct that can be considered harassing, coercive, or disruptive, including sexual harassment. Actions,
               words, jokes, or comments based on an individual's sex, race, color, national origin, age, religion,
               disability, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristic will not be tolerated. We provide
               ongoing sexual harassment training to ensure you the opportunity to work in an environment free of
               sexual and other unlawful harassment.
               Sexual harassment is defined as unwanted sexual advances, or visual, verbal, or physical conduct of a
               sexual nature. This definition includes many forms of offensive behavior and includes gender-based
               harassment of a person of the same sex as the harasser. The following is a partial list of sexual harassment
               examples:

               * Unwanted sexual advances.

               * Offering employment benefits in exchange for sexual favors.

               * Making or threatening reprisals after a negative response to sexual advances.

               * Visual conduct that includes leering, making sexual gestures, or displaying of sexually suggestive
               objects or pictures, cartoons or posters.
               * Verbal conduct that includes making or using derogatory comments, epithets, slurs, or jokes.


               * Verbal sexual advances or propositions.
               * Verbal abuse of a sexual nature, graphic verbal commentaries about an individual's body, sexually
