               6. The President reviews and considers the problem. The President informs you of the decision within
               calendar days and forwards a copy of the written response to the Human Resources Department for your
               file. The President has full authority to make any adjustment deemed appropriate to resolve the problem.

               Not every problem can be resolved to everyone's total satisfaction, but only through understanding and
               discussion of mutual problems can employees and management develop confidence in each other. This
               confidence is important to the operation of an efficient and harmonious work environment, and helps to
               ensure everyone's job security.





               719 Staff Dating Members and Other Staff

               MFA does not wish to interfere with personal lives of staff. However, if an employee chooses to

               engage in a personal rela onship with a customer or colleague, said employee is responsible for
               any consequences associated with the rela onship. Should those consequences lead to a
               nega ve work environment, employment may be terminated at management’s discre on.
