Bring  the  working  end  through  the  back  of  the

                    noose. For the best results, tighten the over-hand
                    before  bringing  the  working  end  through  the
                    loop.  Then  tighten  the  noose  by  pulling  on  the

                    standing  part  to  create  the  three  overlapping
                    strands, as shown in the photograph.
