• What would you say is the reason for your success?
I would say that the main key is our consistency. We are a 50-year-old family business and we have since then kept improving ourselves. Every week we look at ways to create better systems and we do a lot of staff training.
We try to take care of our staff as good as we can as we believe we need to have sustainable working conditions for all our staff to deliver the very best results. Also, it is important for us that our staff see the future in our company, because if they do, we will grow further and have bigger success. So, I would say a lot of our great success is because of our great team and because we never stop learning and growing.
We also make sure that we are in harmony with all our partners and we constantly sit down with them to design a future together. This great cooperation has also led to the success we have today.
Last but not least, we keep upgrading our company so that it is parallel to the changes in the world. Many of our residents come from modern European countries and we need to give them what they expect from their home countries. Since we learned this, we have been more certain in our product and our success has grown further.
• Why is Sun Valley standing out in North Cyprus in your opinion?
I would say that it is because of the quality of our projects and the quality of our management. We also do our best to deliver the best facilities, gardens, roads and all those small extra things that have such a big impact as a whole. The lifestyle in Sun Valley is already great and will be even better when everything is completed.
Because of these reasons we are also now attracting high quality residents and we are becoming a very exclusive and special community in the area which I am very proud of.
• Do you still have a dream that you want to accomplish within Sun Valley that you can share with us?
My biggest dream at the moment is to finish the marina and the beach and make it as good, or even better, than everyone expects. The team and I have been working really hard to get these permissions to build it and we finally got it. Now my biggest dream is to see it become a reality and something that I can be proud of forever.
• How would you describe Sun Valley with your words?
A place where you will have the perfect lifestyle in nature, with fantastic people and quality living. Simply, a place to be happy and content.
