• We see that you are offering 7 villages that are selling quickly. What will you do if they are all sold out?
As I said earlier, we have bigger visions for Sun Valley and I can promise you that there will come more. We already have a few ready projects in front of us and hopefully there will be even more in the future as we all want Sun Valley to grow.
• Both Baştaşlar and Sun Valley have very good brands on the local market and Sun Valley has also become a favourite by international guests on the island. One of the reasons is because you build extremely high quality and you are called a perfectionist, do you agree?
Well yes, many people say I am a perfectionist. I just don’t like to disappoint people and I want all our clients to be happy. It is therefore important that we are a company that will never over promise and under deliver. In development, some customers cannot visualise the finished product so we produce 3D images. It is then important for us to give at least what is promised in the pictures, but I push my team to always do better than the 3D. If it is not like that, I will not be happy.
Some people therefore call me a perfectionist, but I just try to deliver at least what my team and I have promised and hopefully more. For example, when Pine Valley Village was first built and sold five years ago, the residents did not know what they were going to get in Sun Valley today. We have over delivered our promise back then and their property has now raised almost double in value and personally I could not be any happier.
• Where do your customers mainly come from?
It is very clear that our region and product attracts Europeans who are looking for peace and harmony and value for money. We have mainly North European residents and they are a great mix of Scandinavians, Germans and British. We also see a growing number of Russians buying in Sun Valley now and I am happy we can provide a product to so many different nationalities. They are all wonderful people and it makes me happy to see them coming together to celebrate life in our very own Sun Valley.
