Behind a great company is always an even greater team and so is also the case in Sun Valley. When properties have been built and sold by Baştaşlar Construction, there is a big team of people that are looking after the site, the residents, the facilities, the gardens and the community as a whole. Sun Valley Management is the company that is dealing with all services to residents and that makes sure all sites keep the same top standard as when it was built.
We decided to meet up with the ladies in charge of Sun Valley Management, Gülnar Mahmudova Tonaj (SVM Manager) and Safiye Hines (Services Manager) to ask them a few questions about Sun Valley Management, what they do, what they offer residents, how they like working with SVM and how they see the future of the company.

Safiye, you have been a part of SVM almost since the beginning. Can you explain what it is exactly that you do?
S: Yes, I have been here 3 years now and I deal with all the services site and the maintenance part. The services that I deal with includes rentals, property management, cleaning packages, transfers and personal shopping. I’m also there for all of the residents and can deal with every day to day things that they might require or need for their apartment or villa.
So you sell these services to the residents and then you basically help them with everything?
S: Yes exactly, we have now sold 45 property management packages and still growing as we are obviously completing more and more properties within Sun Valley. This package is perfect for residents that are not here all the time. We have a system to look after their apartments or villas for them, we report to them every month, we pay their bills and basically do everything they can’t do when they are not here full time.
