Safiye Hines
SVM Services Manager
SVM Team
Safiye, a last personal question, what would you say is the most exiting part of your job?
S: Well this year for me, coming back after the Corona pandemic lockdown that we had in North Cyprus, was having a lot of rentals. That part is quite exciting for me when people are excited to come to holiday in Sun Valley and the team and I have to deal with it all. I like being busy. And afterwards, when they are happy and really enjoyed their holiday, that is really exciting. It feels good to have been able to give them the framework of
a good time in Sun Valley and I wish for us to continue to have this much rentals.

So Safiye, how would you say that SVM has grown in the last few years compare to when you started a
few years ago?
S: Well, we have a much bigger team now. It was only me and another guy when I started. Except us, we also have 5 gardeners, 4 cleaners and 2 drivers in the team. We are also a lot more busy as more residents have taken on management as we have sold more properties. You can also see a big growth in our equipments, for example we have more cars now than before. So we have definitely expanded in three years time and I can see that we are going to grow a lot more in the nearest future.
G: Safiye is right, with the new villages in Sun Valley Seaside we will have to take care of that side as well and that will be in total of at least 250 more properties and perhaps 500-600 more residents when everything is ready. This will be a huge operation for us.
So will you also run Sun Valley Seaside from here?
G: We are planning to have the head office here in Sun Valley Mountainside and then have a team over there as well. We will be controlling the services from our system here, but you will see a new team over there and there
will come a small SVM office in Sun Valley Seaside too.
