  Protel with all these additional programs seems extremely professional, is there any part within this system that the residents will have to use?
G: No, this is an internal system that will make our business more easy, but we definitely believe that it will reflect on our residents in a very positive way as everything around rental guests, payments, bills, maintenance issues and other services will be in a flow and hopefully much smoother than today.
S: Yes, this system will really help us to be even quicker, so it will in many ways be very positive for our residents in all aspects.
G: We will be able to handle everything with a better structure and the residents will now be able to see that when it comes to their own ledger as there will also be an accounting program within this system so that we can keep track of all our residents’ payments and services.
That sounds very good, could you explain a bit more about this?
G: Today, we are manually sending a Excel File ledger to all residents where they can see their bills and credits. With this program we will now be able to send a more professional ledger to all our residents automatically. We will literally
just push a “send email” button and then it will send a nicely designed ledger automatically. This will also be something that will be systematized every month, for example, it will always be sent on the same date, which will make is easier for both us and the residents to keep track. We can also send email to remind about payments, so this communication with our residents will hopefully be a lot clearer and better.

Gülnar, same personal question to you, what would you say is the most exiting part of your job?
G: I am very excited about this new system. It will be a new experience for us here and we will have to push ourselves to the next level, but
it will be an exiting journey. Now we are just waiting for it to be ready.
Any final words you want to share with our readers?
G: I am just very proud to be working with this company that every day is going more and more professional. SVM truly has the has the ambition to act more like a hotel eventually and give the residents’ services on a very high level.
S: We are always next to our residents, we can help them with everything, and we would like to continue to be that service minded and friendly company that many people already see us. We are a great team and we are constantly growing. Soon some more surprises will come to all our residents as well!
