How many residents do you have now and how many of them are living in Sun Valley full time?
S: Now we have over 100 completed apartments, all in Sun Valley Mountainside, which in total sums up to over 220 residents as most of them are couples and some are families. These numbers will also rise up quickly as by end of this year there will be another 100 apartments ready.
Wow, what an impressive number of units. From how many different countries do you have residents from?
G: Now we have residents’ from over 10 countries, which is very exciting for us and the whole community.
And are most of them holiday home owners or do they live there full time?
G: Majority are holiday home owners for sure.
S: Yes, now we have a total of 18 apartments and 2 villas in Sun Valley Mountainside that are living here full time, one of them are a long term rental.
