THE BUILD TO RENT TEAM ADVISES ON A LARGE NUMBER OF RESIDENTIAL AND MIXED
USE DEVELOPMENTS.
In 2017, we completed over £300m worth of transactions through mainly forward funding
transactions and provided consultancy advice on a further over £500m GDV.
Working alongside other teams in the residential division, we are able to provide the best advice to
our clients, which forms part of our ongoing success.
We act on behalf of developers, institutions, private investors, landowners, housing associations
and contractors; be it acquisitions, disposals, funding structures, JVs or consultancy work.
