                                 Dear Parents,

Years at EPG. I have received a wonderful welcome to both Kuwait and the EPG
family and I am excited to join you all as we embrace a year of learning and
opportunity together. As you navigate another year of rewarding yet often
challenging experiences on your journey through parenthood, it’s vital to
understand the immense impact the early years have on your child’s development.
Research consistently shows that the experiences and relationships formed during

growth. During these formative years, our children are like sponges, absorbing
everything around them. The interactions they have with you, their caregivers and

we are having on them. This rapid development also underscores the importance of

                                 Building Secure Attachments

within their environments. They see what they are capable of as they develop a
sense of themselves as a successful learner. And acquire the characteristics of
earning that they will continue to develop throughout their academic journey.

be in building secure attachments with your child. This is the most critical aspect of
establishing their successful learning and realising their full potential. Fostered
through familiar environments and consistent expectations, these secure
attachments create a sense of trust. From a “High-Five” at the start of the morning
to the verbal encouragement and attentive listening they receive throughout the
day, your child will be encouraged to explore all of the learning opportunities
around them, knowing they have a safe base to return to.
