MUSEUM OF BADGER ARMY AMMUNITION
The Museum of Badger Army Ammunition is located on the site of the former Badger Army Ammunition Plant. It is 1400 sq. ft. of exhibit space that shares more than 70 years of stories that range from land owners whose land was taken for Badger Ordnance Works (BOW) through construction and production for three wars. Who were the families
that lost their farms/homes/cottages to the BOW? Where did they go? Were they paid for their land? And what was the Army’s procedure for acquiring this land? Find out the answers to these questions, by visiting this FREE museum Tuesday – Saturday from 10 – 4 pm.
