be tackled if we always work together in schools as teachers and encourage the use of language of
learning and teaching.
My teaching philosophy is aimed at addressing the challenges of inclusivity in classrooms. This means
that as a teacher I want my learners to be given a chance to learn at their own pace without any challenges
that can delay the learning process. My main aim in teaching is to give learners opportunity to learn despite
their learning challenges, whether they are language speakers or not.
