- An ideal tecaher for the school is one that works collaboratively with other teachers

in order to ensure that there is effective teaching and learning in the school and to
further promote improvement of the school, support and effective communication

amongst the teachers. Collaborative work amongst the teachers promotes the

sharing of ideas, methods and strategies that teachers can implement in their area
of study.

- An ideal teacher for this particular school further understands that learning extends
outside the classroom, he/she is required to show the learners the outside world

and create activities for the learners that allow them interact with the oustide world.
