Being the 70 Year of the Present Reign
His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej has been graciously
pleased to proclaim that:
Whereas it is expedient to establish the court of appeal for
specialized cases,
Be it, therefore, enacted by His Majesty the King, by and with
the advice and consent of the National Legislative Assembly, as
follows:
Section 1. This act shall be called “The Establishment of
the Court of Appeal for Specialized Cases Act B.E. 2558 (2015)”
Section 2. This Act shall come into force from the date following
the date of its publication in the Royal Gazette.
