The Court of Appeal for Specialized Cases 21

All specialized cases that are under adjudication in any appellate
court before the Court of Appeal for Specialized Cases’ inauguration
shall be adjudicated by such appellate court in accordance with law on
establishment and procedure of such specialized courts

Section 10. The President of the Supreme Court shall be in
charge of this Act.
