Use beautiful images paired with simple text to convey your

message.

Design Recommendations
● File type: HTML and CSS are the only languages that will work
across all email clients

● File size: 200 kilobytes is recommended

● Recommended width: around 600 pixels wide, but not exceeding
750 pixels wide.
● Recommended height: No real restrictions except for images.

Outlook will distort images that exceed 1728 pixels in height
● JavaScript, PHP, and ASP cannot be used

Video and animations
● Animations in HTML are often handled by JavaScript or advanced
CSS that won't work in email, but animated gifs are a common

solution. Even those aren't supported by Outlook though, and it
instead will only display the first frame of the animation.
