Case 1
A 48-year-old white male presented with a complaint of a rapidly
growing mass on the right lower lip, present for 5 weeks. The
patient’s medical history was positive for Diabetes Mellitus, Type
II, hypothyroidism, and acid reflux. Clinical examination revealed
a 1.5cm exophytic, ulcerated mass with firm borders.
