Our Mission
“Our mission is to provide a value for money service, to any that
require health and social care across the local region”.
We will work in partnership with all customers be the customer a
client in their own home, the local CCG, a care and residential home,
a charity or an NHS trust.
We consider the staff in the field to be intrinsic to the delivery of a
quality driven service and feel important to also work in partnership
with them.
Baxter Life Care strongly believe in person centred care, with this in
mind, we will implement a personalised program for each client as
well as each member of staff, ensuring that the client receives the
care that they want and need, also ensuring that the staff are valued
receiving the career growth they want and need.
