It is my great honor to be the President of our So-
ciety and speak to you tonight .

The theme of this year is “Outreach and Collabo-
ration” . With all your help, we have been successful
in achieving our goals .

We have signed an agreement of “Memorandum

of Understanding (MOU)” with Dr . Linda Maison,
ASA President , to further the collaboration between
our two societies .

The CASA’s ASA-PAC campaign was a huge suc-
cess . We published an article about our effort in ASA PAC Vital Sign on August 2nd, 2019 .

“Together and Stronger” was initiated by CSA under the leadership of Doctor and President
Yuguang Huang and its Board of Directors . We have collaborated with them and conducted a

series of lectures and workshops in different provinces of China .

We have signed an agreement with Inner Mongolia Anesthesia Society to facilitate the col-
laborations such as lectures, workshops or training in local hospitals and introduce visiting
scholars to the USA .

New Youth Forum has a long history of close collaboration with CASA . We have signed an
agreement with them and started the “International Anesthesia Guidelines” webinar series . Until
today, we have had 7 lectures. Each lecture has 6,000 to 16,000 audience.
