CAPA Semester Internships in Shanghai

COURSES

In addition to 6 INTR credits, students
enroll in 2-3 courses while in Shanghai, for
a total course load of 12-15 credits. Course
options include:

• Chinese Language (Beginner to
Advanced)
• Globalization & Urbanization
• International Marketing
• China’s Macroeconomic Impact
• Intro to Chinese Civilization
• Intro to Classical Chinese Philosophy
• Issues in Contemporary Chinese
Society
• Modern Chinese History

with over 24 million

inhabitants, including
nearly 150,000 U.S.

expats.

HOUSING & TRANSIT

All students are housed in the International dormitories of ECNU
in Shanghai. Those who wish to enhance language practice may request a Chinese roommate.

Students receive a Shanghai transit pass to use the local mass transit system in the city.
