Naan
Servings: 8 naan | Prep time: 15 min | Total time: 2.5 hrs
DIRECTIONS
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let bloom for 5 min. 2. Add yogurt and olive oil.
3. Add flour and salt, mix well and let rise for 2 hrs.
4. Shape into balls and let rest for 10 min.
5. Stretch and roll dough to 1⁄2in thickness.
6. Bake at 500° for 2 min then flip and bake for another minute – enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
3⁄4 cup warm water 1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs yogurt 2 cups flour 1 tsp salt
