My Aged Care
My Aged Care is part of the Australian Government’s changes to the aged care system
which has been designed to give people more choice, more control and easier access to
a full range of aged care services. If you are over 65 you can call the My Aged Care
contact centre on 1800 200 422 or access their website

Price Increases
As part of the Commonwealth’s funding agreements we are required to increase our
fares until we reach a certain percentage of the actual funding received.
We started this process last year and have planned to increase the fares by
approximately 10% per year until 2018 when we will have reached the compliance level
required. When making your bookings please speak to our Customer Service
Representatives who will advise you of the changes.
The New Fare Rates commenced on the 1st August, 2017
Weekend Service
In partnership with local Taxi Operators we are able to offer transport services to
destinations within 20km’s of your home on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or
during our closure at Christmas time.
This service is provided in a local Taxi. Current cost for the service is $7.50 each way.
