walking frame or now use a wheelchair you need to let us know immediately so
that we can send the most appropriate vehicle. It is also important to update your

Next of Kin details so that we can contact them in an emergency.

Did you know that you can travel with South West Community Transport
for medical appointments, shopping and social outings.
It doesn't matter why or how many times you travel just that you need to travel

and that we can assist you with your request.

Please remember that all feedback is important, we appreciate your glowing reports

on our team members and the services they provide as much as your advice on
how we could do things differently or better.

South West Community Transport provides a fortnightly shopping service in ALL
areas. Transport is provided to a main shopping centre in your area. Clients have 3
hours for shopping, lunch etc before the return journey commences.
