1 Make a crossing turn loop with the
standing part on top.
2 Bring the working end of the second rope

up through the center of the loop, round
under itself and over the standing part of
the first rope, making a similar loop to the
first piece of rope.

3 Take the two working ends that are
sticking out to the left and put them both

through the center of the pair of loops.
4 Pull tight.
5 The finished knot.
