Star Knot



              One of the pinnacles of the knot tyer’s art, this knot is a challenge to all. It is
              tied in a minimum of four (to a maximum of eight) strands of rope or cord.

              The number of strands gives the number of points to the star. Some say that a
              five-pointed star should be made, one point for every ocean; others speak of

              seven points for the seven seas. I find that six works well as there are many
