Message from our Diversity Steering

Committee Co-Chairs

2023 was our first full year as ArentFox Schiff. The Diversity Committee had an active and successful year built upon the strong
foundation in place when we merged by:

— recognizing that diversity, equity, inclusion, and empowerment are part of our firm’s DNA;

— reinforcing our commitments to promote DEI initiatives within the firm and for the benefit of the communities we serve;
— supporting and growing our Inclusion Networks to ensure that our attorneys and staff feel seen, heard, and valued;

— launching new firmwide DEI training;

— partnering with the Center for Racial Equity to fight injustice and guarantee equal protection for all; and
— creating, nurturing, and supporting a more inclusive
firm culture where people can be 100% themselves,
100% of the time.

DEI work is not easy; however, it is an integral part of our
culture. We are grateful to everyone at AFS who plays a part
in furthering our DEI mission.
