Family Benefits
We have a gender-neutral parental leave policy for all
BIG@AFS D*I*G employees: all eligible new parents receive 12 weeks of
Black Inclusion Group Disability Inclusion Group paid parental leave. Birthing parents are eligible for an
additional eight weeks through short-term disability leave,
and eight weeks of additional leave is also available to
those parents forming their families through adoption or
surrogacy.
Jewish Inclusion Latinx Inclusion
Group Group We also offer the following: Adoption Reimbursement
and Surrogacy Reimbursement programs to assist with
family formation; Milk Stork services for breastfeeding
individuals; Mindful Return programming to help new
MENA Inclusion New Moms parents transition back to work; and a Leave FLEX
Group Group program that allows eligible individuals to reduce their
work schedules when returning from a leave.
LGBTQ+ Inclusive Benefits
We are proud to offer transgender-inclusive health care
OutFox ParentFox coverage under our medical plans and to provide coverage
for HIV prevention and care and family planning services.
