Your property will be shown by appointment and with reasonable notice to you. Duffy Real Estate
sales agents will be available at any time to show your property and to meet cooperating sales agents

at your home if necessary.

FEEDBACK

We will keep you informed on a regular basis about the activity your home receives and update you

on current market conditions.

COMMISSION

We will list your property for sale at a mutually agreed upon commission rate with the cooperating
Broker receiving a percentage of that set commission. The commission is the only fee that you
will be charged by Duffy Real Estate. Many other real estate companies charge their sellers
additional fees.

SETTLEMENT

Duffy Real Estate, Inc. in its capacity as your agent after your acceptance of an Agreement of Sale,
will continue to act on your behalf in all matters pertaining to the sales transaction. An authorized
Duffy Real Estate, Inc. representative will be present with you at the time of settlement to ensure
that all procedures are handled properly and professionally.

It is important to choose a real estate company in which you have confidence and with
which you are comfortable. Duffy Real Estate, Inc. is that company.
