JOHN DUFFY, President of Duffy Real Estate, who would personally supervise your listing, has
impeccable credentials. John established Duffy Real Estate, Inc. in 1978. John was a Director of the
Main Line Association of Realtors from 1979 to 1994 and has served as the Chairman of the Main
Line Association’s Professional Standards Committee. He served as President of the Main Line
Association of Realtors in 1986 and was the first President of the Tri-County Multiple Listing
Service 1987-88. In 1989, John was honored by his fellow Realtors by being chosen the Realtor of
the Year. In 1994 John was the recipient of the Ruth Rue Memorial Award presented by the Main
Line Association of Realtors for promoting excellence in ethics and professionalism. And John was
voted “Best Realtor” in the Main Line Times and Suburban “Best of the Main Line” Readers’
Choice Contest in 2009 and, again, in 2018. John was honored the status of Realtor Emeritus by

the National Association of Realtors in 2016 in recognition of forty years of membership and in
recognition of values and lasting contributions to the real estate profession in the community. John
is highly respected within the regional real estate community and has been quoted in The
Philadelphia Inquirer, The New York Times and Time Magazine among other publications.
John and his wife, Lynn, currently reside in Haverford and have been lifelong residents of the Main
Line.
John takes great pride in his independent status and his continued success in his Real Estate
business.
