3. Fill up message form by completing the
following:
a. caller’s full name
b. contact telephone number
c. organization / company
d. message for the person (if any)
e. your name
f. date and time of the call
4. Double check by repeating the
information to the caller
- “I repeat your contact number, Sir. It’s
62345678.”
5. Make sure you hand the message promptly to the relevant person.
