2019 Benefits Open Enrollment
For First Time Users
1. Access the Employee Self Service website at:
https://workforcenow.adp.com.
Note: If you have previously accessed ADP Workforce
Now, see “For Registered Users” instructions below.
2. Click “Sign Up” next to Need an Account? You will need

3. After registering and logging in, you will be able to

for Health Care and/or Dependent Care if you wish to
contribute in 2019; these elections do not carry over.
2. For dental, there is a carrier change to Ameritas. You
do not have to re-enroll, your current election will carry
over to 2019. However, if you wish to change coverage
levels, you will need to make a new election.
3. Don’t forget! If you would like EyeMed vision coverage,
you will need to make an election.
