Congratulations on hosting your 41 Area III Leadership Conference. As
Village President of the Village of Schaumburg (Mayor) I salute you and the
work you have done to marshal the talents, energies, and skills of women
which now includes its focus on youth-Top Teens of America, improving
the status of women, service to senior citizens, community beautification, and
community partnerships.

Your involvement mentoring this community is an investment in their future
and in ours. Changing lives not only benefits individuals it also strengthens
and helps build communities, something Mayors try to do every day.
