Greetings Ladies, Teens and Lords,

I welcome you to the 41st Area III Conference, in Schaumburg, Illinois. Our Host
Chapter, Evergreen Park Chicago Chapter, has worked with the National Area III
Director to plan an educational and enjoyable conference.

The Host Chapter deserves to know that we appreciate the efforts made by them
and for that I say thank you on behalf of the Area III Executive Board and Area
III members who are attending the conference as well as those who are not in
attendance.

As I leave this office I would like to thank all Teens in Area III and the Area III
Executive Board for assisting me and making Area III the best that we can be! It
has been an honor for me to serve and represent you as Area III President for the
past two years. It was the highlight of my wonderful experience as a Top Teen!

In this election year, you will have the opportunity to choose another President
and other officers who will represent you for the next two years. I know that you
will make the best choices when your delegates vote.

I want to say again welcome, follow the rules and have fun at the 41 Area III
