Greetings Top Ladies, Top Teens and Lords of Area Three

As National Top Teens of America Director, I am excited to extend warm hearted greetings from
the Executive Board of Top Teens of America.

I am sure you are excited about your 41 Area III Leadership Conference. Each person in
attendance should be inspired and leave with a wealth of leadership training, new experiences
and continued love and support for our organization, Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated and
Top Teens of America. Our National Theme “Investing in V.A.L.U.E.S. that Support, Enhance
and Sustain” is most fitting as you will celebrate your accomplishments and come up with new
ideas for shaping and mentoring our organization with focus on our #1Thrust, Top Teens of
America.

We extend our best wishes to Lady Mary Davis, National Area III Director, Lady Catherine
Miles, Area III TTA Advisor, Lady Gisele Casanova, Conference General Chairman and all the
ladies and teens of Area III for the planning and for working untiringly to make this conference a
