My Dear Top Ladies, Top Teens, Lords, Community
Supporters, and Guest Assembled,

It is an honor and truly a pleasure for me to greet each of you at this 2017 41st Area III
Leadership Conference. I am delighted to be of service and to witness the work of Top Ladies
of Distinction, Inc. The National Programs in Area III are being fulfilled by each and every
chapter with Enthusiasm, Energy, and Excitement! Thanks to each of you in Area III for your
dedicated service to mankind.

With the spotlight on the theme, Area III: “Investing in the Future Through Exceptional
Leadership and Service”, we anticipate a weekend of celebrations, discussions, learning and
fellowship ------ while refocusing and creating opportunities for moving forward. The work
of the chapters assists us globally in answering the question, “Why are we here?”

As we encourage our members to be engaged in every aspect of our blended programs, they are
ready to serve and prepared to lead, investing in our communities and making a difference in
the lives of others. Locally, on an area level, and nationally, working together we can “make it
happen”.

May you have a productive, rewarding, and enjoyable 41st Area III Leadership Conference
