Dear Ladies, Teens, and Lords,

It is, indeed, my honor and great privilege to bring greetings to Area III on behalf of the National
Board of Directors of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (TLOD) and Top Teens of America (TTA) as
you celebrate your Annual Leadership Conference in Schaumburg, IL on March 9-12, 2017 at the
Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Chicago.

TLOD has been diligently implementing and executing the many initiatives that are synonymous
with the work of the Investing Team. Area III has certainly done its part in “Investing in
V.A.L.U.E.S. that Support, Enhance, and Sustain" by providing excellent volunteerism to the
communities we serve. I know that there is much more to come through the excellent leadership
and guidance of your dedicated National Area Director, Lady Mary Leach Davis. Along with the
host chapter, Evergreen Park Chicago, she has planned exciting workshops, forums and plenary
sessions that will assist you in continuing to be an informed member. Hopefully at conference end,
each of you will have many takeaways to share with your chapters so that you can continue on the
path to Five Star Chapter success.

I am always excited to be "home," and I look forward to greeting each of you with Enthusiasm!
