Welcome Top Ladies, Top Teens & Lords,

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Village of Schaumburg, Illinois, whose motto is

“Progress Through Thoughtful Planning” for our 41 Area III Leadership Conference. I am
nd
truly honored to be extending a warm welcome as your National 2 Vice President as Area III is
celebrating 44 years of upholding our motto SERVING YOUTH & ADULTS!

With our national theme: INVESTING in V.A.L.U.E.S. that SUPPORT, ENHANCE and
SUSTAIN, our National President, Lady Drema Lee Woldman and the “Investing Team”, have
diligently supported the programs that will Support our motto, Enhance our vision and Sustain
our history in today’s society. With the assistance of the 15 chapters in Area III, we have and
will definitely continue to accomplish the goals of serving our communities.

At this year’s Area III Leadership Conference, under the leadership of Lady Mary Davis –
National Area III Director, the Area III Leadership Team, and the Evergreen Park-Chicago
TLOD/TTA Chapters have planned workshops and plenary sessions that will allow us to come
together to discuss and collaborate on enriching our leadership, membership, and parliamentary
procedures. Plus, they have planned activities for our Top Ladies, Top Teens and Lords to
fellowship and share ideas to serve our communities. Therefore, for this conference, we will
discuss the programs and projects and have institutes to assist chapters and members with the
execution and reporting of the National Programs of Work.

Once again, welcome to Schaumburg, and thank you for all that you do for TLOD, Inc.
