appy Spring! First, I would like to share
how much I enjoyed being President of
the Alabama Propane Gas Association
H this past year This has been a really
fun year and such a great experience for me
It has been an honor to work alongside such
dedicated and passionate individuals who are
committed to advancing the propane industry I
am proud of the relationships we have built and
continue to build each year
I want to thank each and every one of you
for your support and hard work throughout my
presidency Your unwavering dedication to the
propane industry has been truly inspiring and
has made my job as APGA president that much
more rewarding
As I pass the torch to Mr Brian Rodgers, I
am confident that the Alabama Propane Gas
Association will continue to thrive and make a
positive impact on our industry and the industries
we serve

We had a great time during the annual
“Trip to the State House” This is an annual event
where APGA volunteers pass out lighters at the
State House We have not been able to hold
this event since 2020 We were greeted with
smiles and Thank you’s from the representatives
and their staff members I’m not sure who was
more excited us - or them! I encourage you to
volunteer to attend this event next year You
may be able to make some new connections
and build relationships that could prove
valuable in the future For more information on
this event see page 20.
Please don’t forget that the Safe
Installation Rebate Program is still in full swing
Rebates are still available in every category Be
sure to let your team know about the rebate
offerings! For more information on the rebate
program see page 17.
Be sure to join us this summer for the
Annual APGA Summer Convention The
convention will be held on June 25-27 at the
Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans, Louisiana
This year’s theme is “Voodoo on the Bayou”
The room block deadline is May 25th! Please
