HEALTH SYSTEM PARTNERSHIPS
Animatra’s ultimate goal is to align with trends in healthcare risk distribution and digital currency by partnering with health systems like Kaiser Permanente. In this model, email addresses registered with Kaiser Permanente would receive free subscriptions. Lightflow would monitor Kaiser member usage and notify Kaiser if they have reached the desired threshold, at which point the member would receive a discount.
In our estimates, we use the lower bound of Harvard’s mindfulness health savings study to estimate Lightflow’s value add in per capita health savings. We believe this estimate is highly conservative but is used due to scientific research pending on Lightflow. Estimates are however enticing: If 50% of Optum Health users adopted Lightflow for health savings, and Animatra captured 30% of the value created, Animatra would net $11.B annually. A similar partnership with Kaiser would net an additional $1.2B. A high value capture percentage is used according to Animatra’s patents on background mindfulness software. The key revenue driver is research outcomes.
