FROM THE FCA PRESIDENT
I am thrilled to serve as the President of the Finance Corps Association (FCA)
for the next two years alongside Mr. Sahib Singh, FCA Vice President. Your
confidence in us to lead this prestigious organization and build on the
momentum of my predecessor is truly appreciated. I extend my gratitude to
CSM (R) Paul Morrissette for his outstanding leadership and stewardship of
the FCA. I also thank the dedicated individuals who have volunteered to serve
in various roles over the next two years, including Vice President, Chief of
Staff, Secretary, Treasurer, VP for Awards, VP for Membership, and VP for
Sales & Marketing. I am incredibly grateful for the fantastic group of
individuals who have volunteered to serve on the Executive Council (EC) for
the next two years. Without all of you, the FCA would not be where it is today. CSM (R) Penn
Thank you for your support and dedication.
Since its establishment in 1975, the FCA has been dedicated to preserving the traditions and
heritage of the United States Army Finance Corps. The FCA's vision is to unite past and present
financial management Soldiers, Civilians, family members, and friends of the Regiment in order to
promote a positive lifelong experience, foster esprit de corps, and honor the heritage of the U.S.
Army Finance Corps "Regiment." We are committed to achieving this mission with distinction. We
serve at the pleasure of the Chief and CSM of the Corps, and we will actively partner on all
endeavors and initiatives related to the Corps.
A bit about your FCA President: I am a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, where I lived until I
graduated from high school in 1991. Following graduation, I joined the U.S. Army in July 1991 as a
Finance Specialist and served in the US Army Finance Corps until my retirement in 2021,
completing 30 years of military service. My time in the Army culminated in my service as the 11th
Finance Corps "Regiment" and School Command Sergeant Major. After retiring, I continue to
actively serve and represent the Finance Corps because I believe it is the best Corps in the U.S.
Army, and I want to continue to build its legacy.
My aim is to build on the progress made by my predecessor and Hall of Fame inductee, CSM (R)
Paul L. Morrissette, who did an outstanding job as the President of the FCA for the past 6 years. To
achieve the goals and initiatives to improve the FCA, I need your continued help and support! It
takes “ALL OF US!!” The FCA thrives on the energy of our staff, executive council, members, and
volunteers. Your ongoing active involvement is crucial to its preservation. To our members, I urge
you to encourage those who are not yet members to join, donate, purchase items from the store,
and use your voice to ensure that we honor the Finance Corps' “Regiment” legacy, heritage, and
traditions. Help educate, teach, and mentor our young Soldiers and future members about the
Corps so that we can continue to grow the FCA and reach its full potential.
