COL Samuel Glover hosted the promotion ceremony for LTC Apollo Williams and this is truly a
well-deserved promotion to both him and his family, highlighting his potential to do even bigger

and better things for our great Army and Nation in his bright future. He is simply an outstanding
Army Officer, Finance Leader, and Soldier but most importantly a great Husband and Father. Great
meeting his entire family from California, Texas, Louisiana, Washington DC and Army Futures
Command.
Proud to serve with this superb Army Leader and see him excel while cultivating an environment of
excellence for next generation of Army Soldiers and Leaders.
