Subject: Exciting Updates and Save the Date: FCA Regimental Week 2024

Dear Financial Managers,

I am delighted to announce the elected President and Vice President for the
Finance Corps Association's 2024-2026 term. CSM (R) Gennaro Penn will be
our President-elect, and Mr. Sahib Singh will serve as the Vice President-
elect. Join me in extending heartfelt congratulations to both. They will
officially assume their roles on April 27, 2024, and I am confident that your
continued support will contribute to their success, as it has for me and my CSM (R) Morrissette

Looking ahead, the Finance Corps Regimental Week 2024 (April 24-26) is just around the corner.
The Regimental Ball will take place on April 26, 2024. The Noncommissioned Officer Club on Fort
Jackson, SC, has been selected as the Ball venue. Additionally, we are planning an exciting golf
tournament and exploring innovative ideas to make this Regimental Week truly historic for our

Corps. Notably, this year’s Regimental Week holds special significance as it marks the inauguration
of the newly elected FCA President, Vice President, and their respective staff.

So, please block your calendars, make room reservations, and let's make this Regimental Week the
most memorable one yet. The FCA will host this year's event, and your active participation is

crucial. Below are the scheduled events during Regimental Week:

1. Wednesday, April 24, 2024: Finance Corps Association events kick off with the Icebreaker
and General Membership meeting at the NCO club starting at 5:30 PM EST. Enjoy food,
drinks, awards presentations, and the opportunity to purchase FCA SWAG.

2. Thursday, April 25, 2024: Finance Social Jam at the American Legion, 200 Pickens St #6

Columbia, SC 29205, starting at 6:00 PM EST. Join us for food, drinks, dancing, and card
playing.

3. Friday morning, April 26, 2024 (Tentative): Hall of Fame Ceremony (Location and time TBD).

4. Friday, April 26, 2024: Finance Corps and Regimental Ball at the Noncommissioned Officer's
Club, Fort Jackson, Columbia, SC. Tickets will be on sale soon – don't miss out!

5. Saturday, April 27, 2024: Famous Annual Finance Corps Association Cookout (Location

TBD).

I extend my sincere gratitude to our valued FCA members for your unwavering dedication and
support during my tenure as President. Together, we will strengthen our FCA and the Financial
Management Community, remaining true to our motto, "To Support and Serve."

To those FCA Staff who volunteered, the secretary will reach out to provide job descriptions and

address any questions you may have. Thank you, and we look forward to working with you.

Hoping each of enjoyed a Merry Christmas and have a prosperous New Year on behalf of the FCA
