Closing Comments on the RAFINO 2024 Membership Drive. RAFINO is encouraging “retirement-
eligible” Finance Corps Non-Commissioned Officers and Commissioned Officers in the Active
Army, Reserves, and National Guard to consider joining RAFINO. Retirement-eligible Finance
Corps soldiers are defined as E8s/above and O5s/above who have at least 20 years of service. In
addition to event-filled destination Reunions with the opportunity to interact with your fellow
Comrades in Arms, RAFINO continues to “Support and Serve” through interaction with the FCA,
active-duty, Reserve, and National Guard Finance Corps soldiers to include working with Army
Finance Corps leaders when called upon to “give back” to the long grey and gold line that is a
